STAY AWAY!!!! City shut down place early March 2024 entire hotel had to leave with 5 days notice due to no.heat hot water or AC from deferred maintenance resulting in massive pipe burst and flood. Owner then randomly required $100 deposit for new check ins. Owner is a crook in over his head. He is selling rooms early April for eclipse do not book!!!!

I cannot get to the elevator without some weirdo on my back like he was a junkie and I was a needle full of heroin. They wait for you at the exit and talk smack to see if you'll respond so they can run to the mgmt and start drama. Ninety nine percent of the guests here now are professional troublemakers. The mgmt included.

The maintenance is deplorable because the elevator and lock on our door has broken twice, there's poor lighting, the smallest kitchen I've ever seen, and it's the poorest "cleaning" job I've seen. I had to scrub the bathtub before I would even think about using it. The staff is nice enough and gave us half off considering all the times they had to fix something. 😑 There's at least plumbing that is good and the bed is nice, especially when you've got a sprained ankle.

The hotel is below average at best especially since it belongs to ESA america. After several trips to this location this will be our last on August 29th 2022. We witnessed only one manager and no maintenance workers here. The general manager Gina Hernandez has no clue as to running a place of business. We watched as she was condescending towards the spanish speaking guests. There was arguments with her staff in public of which i find very unprofessional my wife was really saddened by the lack of control this manager had with her employees. We will visit this property again in December and give a final reccomendation to google prospective clients and the BBB of Dallas.

It was a beautiful stay, great staff. 100% would recommend and would go again if I come back to Dallas. The area is very quiet and very clean. It’s accessible to a lot of places. The part that I love the most was the wonderful staff.
